A few days ago I posted up a quote on Facebook by Elder Holland, saying that not all angels are the immortal kind. During times like this, when things are absolutely crazy and I'm not quite sure what's keeping me running besides sheer will, I see the hand of God helping me through friends and family.
It's not always easy to accept help because it sometimes makes me feel as though I am admitting weakness or inadequacy. Although I do feel that way some of the time, it's hard admitting it enough to actually accept outside help. I'm a fairly self-sufficient person and don't like relying on people for my own responsibilities... but I believe that some times God overloads our plate so that we can learn to share the burden. I'm truly grateful for those who have helped carry my load this week.
